Rental Terms & Conditions – OuailCar
These terms apply to all vehicle rentals concluded with OuailCar SARL. They set out the rules for booking, use, security deposit, handover/return, and liability.
1. Agency Overview
OuailCar SARL offers car rental services in Fez and several cities across Morocco, with a wide choice of recent, reliable vehicles for every budget. Rates vary depending on the season, rental duration, and vehicle type.

Note: The prices above are indicative. A custom quote can be provided based on duration, pick-up/return locations, and availability.
3. Rental Conditions
Required Documents
- Foreign customers: Valid passport + valid European driver’s license.
- Moroccan customers: National ID card + Moroccan driver’s license valid for at least 3 years.
Minimum Age
The driver must be at least 21 years old.
4. Deposit & Liability
Deposit Amount
- Foreign customers: No deposit by default (may be requested in specific cases).
- Moroccan customers: €500.
In the Event of an Accident
- Renter at fault: contribution of €500.
- Renter not at fault: no fee.
No deposit is collected in advance. The amount is only requested in case of an incident, in accordance with the contract.
5. Delivery & Return
- Vehicle delivered clean and with a full tank.
- The customer agrees to return the vehicle:
- clean (exterior and interior),
- with the same fuel level,
- Unlimited mileage for rentals of more than 4 days.
Airport Delivery
- Free delivery on request (subject to availability).
- Fez–Saïss: a reasonable surcharge may apply.
6. Bookings & Cancellations
- Booking available via WhatsApp, phone, or web form.
- No advance payment required to reserve a car (except during periods of high demand).
- Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
7. OuailCar Commitments
- Well-maintained, recent, and inspected vehicles.
- Comprehensive insurance included.
- Assistance in case of breakdown or issue.
- Customer service available 7 days a week.
